How this Ice Fishing auger picks a card
The boring on 14 October 2026 used four rules. They are dull on purpose.
What was weighed
I kept a listing when the public header named a fishing activity in the app's own words, when a developer and a bundle id were printed, and when I could open a store still. Genre came from the schema label on the page: Puzzle, Simulation, or Sports. I did not merge those labels into one shelf.
What was not weighed
I did not rank by stars. Fishing Planet's 4.8 from 83.5K reviews would have led a scoreboard, and it sits third because that is where it was in the list I was given. I did not count session length, I did not install the binaries, and I did not treat a similar-app carousel as part of the card.
What a missing figure means
Fish Hunter's header showed downloads, age, and in-app purchases, and it did not show a star total or a review count. The hole records that absence. Inventing 4.4 because a nearby widget said 4.4 would have been a different app's number.
The short version of this sits on the home auger.
